I worked with this company for approximately 8 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail.
Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 8 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted.
I'm still waiting for resolution after 8 months and have filed complaints with the BBB.
Total cost: $2500 (higher than the initial quote of $2700). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

Communication gaps during the middle months were frustrating. Timeline estimates were not accurate.

Trust your instincts - if something feels off during the sales call, walk away.
