Great Communication Throughout

5/5

What set this company apart was their communication. From day one, I knew exactly what to expect and they delivered on those expectations. My Shell Vacation exit took 6 months and $2,600, exactly as quoted. Month 1: Comprehensive intake and document review. Months 2-4: Active negotiation with Shell's resolution department. Month 5: Agreement reached for deed-back at no additional cost. Month 6: Paperwork completed and release confirmed.

What went well:

Weekly email updates without fail. Monthly phone calls to discuss strategy. Clear explanation of each phase. No surprises on pricing or timeline. My case manager was the same person from start to finish.

Regret Signing Up

Rep: Emily Wilson

I worked with this company for approximately 9 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 9 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 9 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $2000 (higher than the initial quote of $2700). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

Room for Improvement

I worked with this company for approximately 15 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 3-5. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the transfer as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 3 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $4500 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.

What went well:

Document collection was efficient and they had a secure portal for uploading files.
