Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 7 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 7 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $1800 (higher than the initial quote of $1600). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
