Write ReviewFrustrating Experience
I worked with this company for approximately 11 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 11 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 11 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3500 (higher than the initial quote of $1000). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
Overpromised, Underdelivered
Signed up in January paying $3,800. Was told 6-9 months for exit. We're now 18 months in with no resolution. Timeline: months 1-3 document collection and "case building," months 4-8 allegedly negotiating with resort, months 9-12 "escalated to legal team," months 13-18 radio silence and excuses. Currently considering legal action against this company.
Initial consultation was professional and they collected documents efficiently in the first month. The case manager for the first 4 months was responsive.
Finally Free After Years of Ownership
I worked with this company for approximately 17 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 5 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $4800 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.
The flat fee structure meant I knew exactly what I was paying from the start.
