Sunset Timeshare Exit

Signed up in January paying $3,800. Was told 6-9 months for exit. We're now 18 months in with no resolution. Timeline: months 1-3 document collection and "case building," months 4-8 allegedly negotiating with resort, months 9-12 "escalated to legal team," months 13-18 radio silence and excuses. Currently considering legal action against this company.

I worked with this company for approximately 14 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 14 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 14 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3500 (higher than the initial quote of $1200). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
