I worked with this company for approximately 13 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 13 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 13 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $2000 (higher than the initial quote of $2500). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Started the process in June, completed by November. The company followed their stated timeline closely. Initial document review took 2 weeks, resort notification letter was sent in week 3, and the back-and-forth with the resort took about 3 months. Final transfer documents were completed in October, and I received my release letter on November 15th. Total cost was $2,800 with no surprises.
