Poor Communication Throughout
Wyndham Exit GroupI worked with this company for approximately 13 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 13 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 13 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $1800 (higher than the initial quote of $1800). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
They Delivered on Their Promises
Wyndham Exit GroupI worked with this company for approximately 16 months to complete my timeshare exit. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 5 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $1600 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.
Fast Exit - Impressed with Results
Wyndham Exit GroupContacted this company in March to exit my Orange Lake timeshare. By July, I had my release letter in hand. The 4-month timeline was even faster than their 6-month estimate. They identified that Orange Lake had a deed-back program and helped me navigate it quickly.
