Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 3 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $5000 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.

Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 10 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 10 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $2900 (higher than the initial quote of $2600). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
