The transfer was completed in seven weeks at the lower end of their stated range. Every document was submitted correctly on the first attempt. The team was responsive throughout and easy to reach when we had questions.

When I called about the delay, I was told the team was busy. The transfer eventually completed at fourteen weeks — almost double their stated range. For a transfer company, speed and accuracy are the only two things that matter. They were slow on both.
