I worked with this company for approximately 18 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail.
Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 18 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted.
I'm still waiting for resolution after 18 months and have filed complaints with the BBB.
Total cost: $3900 (higher than the initial quote of $2900). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
What Went Well
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
What Went Wrong
Had multiple case manager changes which set the process back each time.
Advice for Others
Consider consulting with a real estate attorney before signing with exit companies.
