Avoid This Company

I worked with this company for approximately 14 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 14 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 14 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4600 (higher than the initial quote of $1000). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
