I worked with this company for approximately 6 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 6 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 6 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4900 (higher than the initial quote of $1400). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
