Contacted this company in March to exit my Orange Lake timeshare. By July, I had my release letter in hand. The 4-month timeline was even faster than their 6-month estimate. They identified that Orange Lake had a deed-back program and helped me navigate it quickly.

I worked with this company for approximately 2 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 2 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 2 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $5000 (higher than the initial quote of $1900). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
