Mountain Resort Transfers

I worked with this company for approximately 10 months to complete my timeshare exit. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 10 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 10 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $2400 (higher than the initial quote of $3000). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I received my official release letter 4 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $1500 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
