Worth Every Penny

After trying to sell my Bluegreen timeshare on my own for 2 years with zero results, I hired this company. Their approach: weeks 1-2 assessed my ownership and determined resale wasn't viable. Weeks 3-4 prepared exit documents. Months 2-6 worked with Bluegreen's contract resolution department. Month 7 I signed final release documents. Done.

What went well:

They were honest that my timeshare had no resale value and didn't try to sell me a useless listing service first. The flat $3,200 fee covered everything. My case manager answered calls and emails within 24 hours consistently.

Highly Recommend This Company

5/5
Rep: Maria Gonzales

I worked with this company for approximately 15 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 5 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $4500 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.

What went well:

My case manager was patient in explaining each step of the process.

Still Waiting After Many Months

2/5
Rep: Maria Gonzales

I worked with this company for approximately 11 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 11 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 11 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3400 (higher than the initial quote of $2600). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
