Some Frustrations But Successful

3/5
Rep: Sarah Williams

I worked with this company for approximately 7 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 3-7. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the transfer as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 3 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $4800 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.

What went well:

Document collection was efficient and they had a secure portal for uploading files.

Worth Every Penny

After trying to sell my Bluegreen timeshare on my own for 2 years with zero results, I hired this company. Their approach: weeks 1-2 assessed my ownership and determined resale wasn't viable. Weeks 3-4 prepared exit documents. Months 2-6 worked with Bluegreen's contract resolution department. Month 7 I signed final release documents. Done.

What went well:

They were honest that my timeshare had no resale value and didn't try to sell me a useless listing service first. The flat $3,200 fee covered everything. My case manager answered calls and emails within 24 hours consistently.

Poor Communication Throughout

I worked with this company for approximately 6 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 6 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 6 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3700 (higher than the initial quote of $1900). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
