Poor Communication Throughout

I worked with this company for approximately 4 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 4 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 4 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $1700 (higher than the initial quote of $1200). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

I worked with this company to exit my Diamond Resorts timeshare after 8 years of ownership. The entire process took 7 months and was handled professionally throughout. Month 1: Initial consultation where they reviewed my contract and ownership history. They identified that Diamond had recently started a voluntary surrender program that I might qualify for. Months 2-3: They prepared my application for the surrender program, including a hardship letter and financial documentation. The case manager coached me on what to include. Months 4-5: Waiting period while Diamond reviewed my application. The company followed up with Diamond weekly and kept me informed of any developments. Month 6: Received conditional approval. Had to sign release documents and agree to forfeit my remaining points. Month 7: Final confirmation received. I'm officially free from all future maintenance fee obligations. Total cost: $2,200 flat fee paid in two installments.

What went well:

Their knowledge of Diamond's internal programs was invaluable. I didn't know the surrender program existed. Communication was consistent throughout - weekly email updates and monthly phone calls. The payment plan option helped with budgeting. They set realistic expectations from day one.

I worked with this company for approximately 12 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 4 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $2500 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.

What went well:

The initial consultation was informative and the case manager assigned to me was excellent and very responsive.
