Write ReviewFrustrating Experience
I worked with this company for approximately 17 months to complete my timeshare exit. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 17 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 17 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3800 (higher than the initial quote of $2900). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
Got the Job Done Eventually
I worked with this company for approximately 16 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 2-5. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the deed-back as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 4 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $1800 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
The initial consultation was informative and the case manager assigned to me was helpful when I could reach them.
