I worked with this company for approximately 11 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 11 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 11 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3100 (higher than the initial quote of $1400). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I received my official release letter 2 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $3600 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
