Month 5 told legal filing fees would be $600 extra. Month 7 told resort required additional documentation processing at $800. Month 9 finally received release. 4 months over estimated timeline.

Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 11 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 11 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4300 (higher than the initial quote of $2700). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
