Capitol City Exits

I worked with this company for approximately 16 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 16 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 16 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $1500 (higher than the initial quote of $2600). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I received my official release letter 3 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $2700 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
